SUPPLEMENTAL TRUST DEED

WHEREAS by a Deed of Trust dated 10/12/2025 executed by the Author of the Trust and registered vide Document No.136/2025, Book-IV, at S.R.O. Kapra, the Trustees executed and registered the Trust deed to maintain the trust with the name and style of "SVA MAARGAUM FOUNDATION".

WHEREAS in the Principal Deed the name of Trustee No.2 was wrongly typed as ASHWIN SRINATH DESHAM instead of ASHWINI SRINATH DESHAM, and the same was treated as a clerical and typographical mistake requiring rectification.

Added Amendments

• The present Trustees shall have the authority, by majority vote, to appoint new Trustees or remove existing Trustees through a duly adopted voting process.
• Upon appointment of new Trustees or any vacancy, the Trustees shall conduct an internal election, and any eligible Trustee may be elected as President, Treasurer, or Secretary.
• In the event of the death, resignation, incapacity, or complete absence of all existing Trustees, the Trust shall appoint new Trustees exclusively from the legal heirs of Desham Ravindar, son of Desham Balaiah, resident of Kareemguda Village, or from the legal heirs of Nunamunthala Srivani, daughter of Desham Ravindar, resident of Kushaiguda.
• No outsider or any other person shall be eligible to be appointed as a Trustee. Eligibility for trusteeship shall be strictly limited to the legal heirs named in the supplemental deed.

Supplemental Effect

The Principal deed shall be so read and construed as mentioned above. This deed of Supplemental shall read along with the Principal deed and shall be deemed to have come into force from the date of execution of the Principal deed.
