• Use all funds strictly for charitable purposes.

Powers Of Trustees

(Management, bank accounts, appointments, fund usage, property management.)

To be opened in the name: SVA MAARGAUM FOUNDATION

Meetings

Trustees shall meet at least twice a year.

Remuneration / Honorarium

The President/Chairman or any Trustee may receive reasonable remuneration or honorarium for services actually rendered to the Trust, as determined by a resolution of the Board of Trustees. Volunteers, coordinators, or staff engaged in fundraising, administrative, or other charitable activities of the Trust may also receive fixed honorarium, stipends, or reimbursements for travel and communication expenses for services rendered.

Accounts & Audit

Annual audit by Chartered Accountant.

Amendments

Require 2/3 majority, charitable nature unchanged.

Dissolution

Assets to be transferred to another charitable trust.

Irrevocability

Trust is irrevocable.
